Lin Whitfield is a highly experienced independent consultant who works with a wide range of organisations in the statutory and voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors in England and Wales.

Lin has experience of working with a broad client base, from large voluntary organisations, national and international charities, and Local Authority departments, to small grassroots community groups and local and regional cross-sector partnerships and consortia. She has a background in learning and teaching and in senior management, and has worked in the not-for-profit sector at local, regional and national levels. She holds a Masters' degree in management development and social responsibility, and is a Member of the Institute for Learning.
Lin specialises in helping organisations to develop strategies that respond to a changing funding environment, including consortium and partnership development for commissioning; personalisation; collaborative working to deliver higher quality services; and exploring and approaching merger.
