Evaluation
Lin Whitfield has undertaken a number of independent evaluation contracts for a range of clients, including funders. For larger contracts, she works with colleagues as part of Reshenia Consulting.
Contracts have included:
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of South Gloucestershire's Youth Offending Team, published as "All That YOT Palaver"
- Evaluation of the impact of Greater Bristol (now Quartet) Foundation's grants programme
- Regional evaluation of Age UK's Fit as a Fiddle programme in the South West (Reshenia Consulting)
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of Integrated Working in South Gloucestershire Council's Children and Young People's Services
- Evaluation of the EDF Energy Trust Award local recipients' experience, for Bristol Debt Advice Centre
- Local evaluation of South Gloucestershire Children's Fund
Lin also provides advice and practical support to groups, projects and partnerships in setting up and implementing their own evaluation systems, and helping them to evaluate their services. Her work has included supporting small drugs education projects in the South West and West Midlands through DrugScope, and Children's Fund projects in South Gloucestershire.
